A plan has been filed with the principal regarding safety and supervision issues. • Weather conditions will be considered prior to the trip and necessary adjustments may be made. This could include canceling the field trip. • I also understand that I will be responsible for paying all expenses related to sending my child home from the trip due to disciplinary reasons or illness if the school staff deems it necessary. I authorize my child to participate in the field trip.

FIELD TRIP MEAL OPTIONS: If you would like a bag lunch from Nutrition Services, please complete and submit at least 2 weeks before the field trip. Lunch is served with a fruit, vegetable, and milk. Protein (sunflower seeds, cheese stick or yogurt) chosen upon availability. Meal complies with USDA requirements.

*Students will leave at 10:30 and return to school at 4pm.
*Students must have a ride or be able to walk home at 4pm.
*Students can bring their lunch, order school lunch, or buy lunch at Target Field.
*Target Field does not take cash, but cash can be put on a card there.
*Students can choose to go to the Twins game or have a Fun Day at school with pizza, games, a movie and pool (separate payment link).
