• I understand that district procedures have been followed in planning for this field trip. A plan has been filed with the principal regarding safety and supervision issues. • Weather conditions will be considered prior to the trip and necessary adjustments may be made. This could include canceling the field trip. • I also understand that I will be responsible for paying all expenses related to sending my child home from the trip due to disciplinary reasons or illness if the school staff deems it necessary. I authorize my child to participate in the field trip.

Description
The field trip cost includes a hot dog and a pop for all students. If your child does NOT want that lunch, they can bring money to buy other items at the concessions or bring a bag lunch FROM HOME.

Students will leave CGMS at 9:30am and be at Grand Slam in Burnsville from 10am-1pm. Students will return to CGMS around 1:45pm. If there are any questions, concerns, or medical information to be shared, please email Ms. Rodriguez at mrodrigu8@sowashco.org.

Registration is open from 3/16/26 to 5/13/26. There will be no exceptions made once the online form closes.
